Changes needed to Magento Store

We have a new Magento store ([login to view URL]) and we need some very basic changes. 1. We need our new About Us text on the front page (you may have to resize the text to get it to fit). [login to view URL] 2. We need a change of font size, colour and spacing on the More Details pages e.g. [login to view URL] 3. We need the postage and packing changed to £3.99 4. We need the store linked up to our PayPal account. We need these job completed as soon as possible. Thank you.
