We have Android apps already developed.
These apps store user input and have a sync data functionality.
Data is currently synched over http.
Some of our customers have devices which are not internet enabled.
We need a PC program that fetches this data from the device database over the USB data cable, then uses the PC internet connection to upload the data to our server.
Other solutions are welcome.
