css menu expert. compatable with all browsers START NOW

I am pushed for time and I need someone to help me very quickly... I simply have too much to do today and can't handle everything so I am calling in some help for a few tasks. I already have a css menu (div style) which i need turn into a drop down menu. It must be compatible with all browsers and appear flawlessly. It's very simple, I would do it but i a pushed for time. I may also have other design related small tasks as the day goes on which I will be posting shortly. If you can't start now, don't apply if you are inexperienced don't apply if you don't speak good english don't apply if you can't implement good css, java script and browser compatibility don't apply!
