We have an excellent opportunity available for a Part Time Recruitment Consultant to join the UK’s only ISO 9001:2015 accredited online recruitment advertising service. This is a Work from Home role working 4 hours per day and the following shifts are available: • Monday to Friday GMT 9am to 1pm • Monday to Friday GMT 11am to 3pm • Monday to Friday GTM 1pm to 5pm About the role As a Part Time Recruitment Consultant, you will report to the senior management team and your responsibilities will include: • Deal with emails prospects and customer enquiries • Ensure all applicants are processed swiftly and communicated with clearly at all stages • Write SEO job adverts • Screen and shortlist CV applications for suitability • Learn the step-by-step process to account manage customers and prospective customers • Manage jobs adverts • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from enquiry to end of job campaigns About you To be successful for the role of Part Time Recruitment Consultant you must be flexible to do whole days if required (10am to 4pm) and you must be / have: • Excellent English speaking and writing skills • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written • An internationally recognised degree or previous industry experience in recruitment, B2B account management or B2B sales experience is essential • Access to a phone and laptop or computer • Internet access • Experience of client and account management • Experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems and SalesForce is advantageous (please make sure this is on your application) • Excellent attention to detail, and ability to record and present data accurately and professionally • Ability to work as part of a team and individually, and a drive to deliver excellence and to continuously improve • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage time effectively About the hours and rewards For the role of Part Time Recruitment Consultant, you will work 4 hours per day Monday to Friday either GMT 9am to 1pm, 11am to 3pm or 1pm to 5pm and you will receive: • Highly competitive hourly rate • Full product and procedure training via video calls How to Apply Please note, only suitable applicants will be contacted.
