Hi, I need someone to engage on a long term basis in managing my company(s) accounts.
I have 2 small property rental businesses (turnover circa £50K PA per business). The account are very simple but I need someone to take responsibility for the production and submission of annual accounts to HMRC, ensuring the robustness of the books, offering guidance and support on accounting matters. I'm looking for someone responsive, qualified to at least AAT level who can help me maximise any opportunities available.
I generally keep a GL in .xls format but there is an opportunity for the person to complete this activity also if of interest using an ERP or spreadsheet as preferred.
Quarterly VAT submissions for 1 of the businesses are also required
I can either pay an annual or monthly fee, the amount being dependent upon the scope or activity completed and the experience of the individual.
