Position Summary: We have an opening onboard our remote team at CTAOP under the direction of the Assistant Controller, Accounting clerk ,will perform accounting clerical work of average difficulty. Principally responsible for general donation accounting, clerical duties, and bookkeeping functions. Essential Functions: Maintains assigned bookkeeping functions. Balances daily donation deposits. Assists in the maintenance of the general ledger.. Prepares various reports that track data for analysis. Perform other departmental related duties as required. Other Responsibilities: Performs similar work-related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Understanding of General Accounting Principles. General accounting experience. Ability to organize, compile and analyze data. Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines. Experience with Professional Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to use office equipment.
