We just bought 10 Single family residential rental properties Central Florida . We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to prepare monthly financial reports on quick books and keep current files of all rental & ownership documents relating to the rental properties ie: Leases, property management agreements, listing agreements, insurance policies, deeds, closing statements, surveys, title insurance policies. Bookkeeper will communicate with property manger each month after reviewing property managers monthly financial reports . Bookkeeper will question PM regarding expenses , late rents, PM fees etc. Estimated hours: Once this is set up it should not be more than 8hrs/month. Initial set up should take no more than 20hrs. Applicants need to speak English without accent. Clear communication with property management is critical

Hello. I already have a QuickBooks Online subscription and can create a QBO file for you to access for either all properties separately or in one file and split each property by class. Can easily work with your existing accountant to get them the data to file your personal tax return. Or if you prefer, I can do it all in-house as I can file your personal return. I use Citrix Sharefile to share secure documents with clients. I assume you've put the properties in an LLC. Based in Wisconsin but FL is an easy state as they have no state income tax on personal returns.
