Hi, I'm a qualified accountant & registered tax agent in Nanango, Qld and am building my business back up after caring for my mother for a number of years. I have been undertaking bookkeeping & accounting for over 40 years and taxation for over 10 together with being a Xero Certified Advisor. With the small number of transaction per week I imagine 2 hours would be enough, however, would prefer ongoing work to be invoiced directly to yourself to reduce the fees paid which would result in the cost to you of $50 per week. With catching and correcting the entries I would be looking at more than 2 hours in the first instance and happy to do this through Freelancer - depending on your preference. My communication preference would be email or phone, however for banking queries I can use the "discuss" function in Xero to enable quicker turnaround of the queries. With storing of receipts and invoices it really comes down to your preference - either works well. I''m happy for your to forward the information to me or place in dropbox - whichever is easier for you - as long we do the same each time. I'm quite flexible and ensure all work is done accurately, confidentially and promptly. Without reviewing the file I can't confirm how long the catching up work would take but due to the small number of transactions I wouldn't expect it to run more than 4 to 5 hours including preparing (and lodging if you like) last quarters BAS. My responsibility and roles in those entities are as follows - Allocation of transaction in XERO,QBO - Enter the invoice ,bill - Bank reconciliations - Generation of reports and other day to day accounting works along with Taxation work. i have been using XERO , MYOB AND QBO cloud based accounting software since 2015 , i have good knowledge of this particular software. i have good knowldege of accounting along with experience as i am CA final year student . i am also graduate from Delhi University in BCOM ( HONS) i can do your project precisely as i posses both knowledge and experience .
