How do you prefer contact and discussion, email, messaging app, or within Xero?
- I prefer email and Skype chat as I am always online and can attend queries as soon as possible.
Do you recommend storing receipts and invoices in Xero or in a separate Dropbox?
- Yes, storing receipts and invoices in Xero is best recommend for future references and proper documentation.
How do you normally operate? Would I just forward all relevant emails, receipts, etc to you, then answer any questions you raise?
- I am attentive to details, so any emails and relevant information are important to me. I also always ask questions whenever I'm not familiar with.
Moving forward, I think this tasks will spend only 10 hours per week.
