Either one is fine, I am very confused by a lot of both the accounting side and the legal side, and will need to consult via phone both an accountant and a lawyer. If you are one of those, and you have a lot of experience with non-profits in your field, then please place your bid for a 1 hour consultation. This will be an ongoing relationship if we are a good match, with you being paid an hourly rate. Please include your experience with non-profits, any education you have, and your hourly rate for phone consultations.
