add includes file to website

hey guys, my website is [login to view URL] For my interior page [login to view URL] I want to have an includes file to be added to this page. In the includes I want: header: which will be the section that says; Home, Search All Homes, San Diego Downtown Map, About Us, Contact Us left box: where it says; Featured Real Estate all the way down to the bottom address footer: where it says at the bottom; Search All Homes, Hot Properties, Downtown San Diego Real Estate, ect.... also my designer messed up on the left column, it went from light blue at the top to dark blue at the bottom. I want the whole column to be the light blue color from the top to bottom. I want this done today.
