Format Adobe File for printing company + handout DIN A4

Hello,
I'm looking for someone to format an Adobe Illustrator file for me into the right size for printing. And the order of the pages changes because they are wrong. In the attachent you can also find the instruction of the printing company for teh right sizes (sorry it´s onyl in German).
The tasks:
a.) Change the assortment of the page - i will give you instructions which is the right place of each page.
b.) The ai. Format the file in the correct size with a trimming margin for the printer (unfortunately the printer's description is only available in German).
c.) Generate a DIN A4 handout from the file so that it can be sent by email.
I provide the original Illustrator .ai file, when we find togehter - in the attachement is only pre-view. :-)
When the work is completed, please provide the corrected AI. Please submit the finished source file + handout. in DIN A4 sizes
