Advanced PHP/SQL - Elance Clone

Hi all, thanks for reading. Project budget is approx U$ 1,000 I have acquired the PHP script for the software: Ghostlance, and would like to make a clone of Elance in terms of functionality. This is the specification of the PHP software I already have: "Unite freelance buyers and sellers using our highly advanced PHP Script software. The script allows you to create a site similar to [login to view URL] where webmasters can post projects that they would like completed and programmers can bid on them. Featuring Advanced Project Search, Advanced Transaction Logging, Built in Reporting System, Built in Contact System, Full Time Jobs System, Fully Featured FAQ System, HTML Content Pages, Modular Payment Systems, Project Message Boards, Advanced rules system, WYSIWYG Template Editor, XML Feeds, Powerful and user friendly Admin panel." Your job is to customise the software according to specifications I will send you in a PDF doc. You must be able to confidently carry out ALL the changes with absolute fautless technical skill, and in a timely manner. You should manage it without the need of any 3rd party involvement. I will expect you to make suggestions for improvements on the site. The files should be placed in my agency's staging server for monitoring of progress and testing. You can keep source files as long as I can visualise the site that is hosted in my servers. Constant contact is required. So in other words you must be very experienced with PHP and SQL databases etc, helpful, comitted to the job and very enthusiastic! **IMPORTANT** This project will be closely monitored and tracked via an online Project Management software. You are required to submit the results of work in progress when requested. You should reply to emails/MSN/Calls with 48 hours unless extreme circumstances apply. Portfolio/recommendation required.
