This is 4th time I am trying to activate my seller central from Japan, 3 times diffident company which I had doubt maybe my address or information not matching, but this time I am damn sure my documents and account information is the same but yet the same message as bellow.
First, they have asked me to provide a Business license and Electric bill and I provide and it has the same address as my account information but yet the can not verify and the problem is I can't know what else I should send because they didn't tell what I need to send to provide. I can see Japanese is one of the supported languages but do I need to submit after translation?
Can someone tell me please what should I do? I have already spent two months preparing for amazon seller central.
Please help if some had the same situation and know the way to make it in this situation.
