Docker security secure the container

Hello; need a container locked up; do you have the methods that you can share and help me get this in my environment; so I can do this again, by a script or other method? have a docker container, that when is deployed ontop of a Server; the server Admin can only stop / start and can not "root" into the container and only have limited control on the host do start/stop etc, do you know how to do this ? Can you give this in two hours ? Lock the container from the host ? on the host they can sudo root and trying to control the container ? Please note if you help me get it going I will leave 5 stars and pay prompt with very nice comments (something I enjoy doing very much)
