Running of macros on AWS

There is a set of MS EXCEL macros (10 functions) are currently running on the local PC of users. As the macros need to process a lot of data, they can slow down the running of the PCs and affect the productivity of users.
We are seeking a developer who has experience run EXCEL macros jobs in parallel on AWS cloud. The assumption is that there maybe up to 10 users logging into a web portal that we will build (in Java or PHP). The users will upload datafiles onto the portal. What we need is an experienced developer to run EXCEL macros on the portal to process the datafiles, e.g. via AWS managed services. Uploaded datafiles are to be purged by developers upon completion of running. The developer is to zip up generated results as a zip file. Our team will check for the existence of the file and then post the file via the web portal as a hyperlink for the users to download.
