VERY VERY URGENT CUSTOM CMS PHP / ASP TWEAKS

hi,

we have a custom cms with a complex directory structure and complex php. we hired a top rated programmer who was good, but he was lazy, never on skype and the worst communicator we've ever met. not good enough, as we manage a busy e-commerce website. he was fired. next, an indian programmer who was useless. he damaged our homepage and our shopping cart calculations.

so, we need a very clever programmer who is COMMUNICATIVE with at least 10 years experience working in asp and difficult php scripts to fix a few calculations we need for our cart management. other jobs, less important are as follows:

new editable module added to homepage. module replacement on homepage. removal of sales tax.

please, we need this job completing in a few hours, it is terribly urgent.

good pay by escrow for the right candidate. well need skype and webcam on skype too to be 1000% sure that this is going to work.
