We developed an iPad app with a backend for a client of ours, here you can find it in the App Store:

Our clients wants us to make an offer for the same app, but running on Android. The app should be designed for Tablets. The developer who has written the codes for the iOS version is not able to develop the Android version, so we need another party for this.
The app should have the same functionalities and should communicate with the existing database. Please make an offer for this project, based on the following:
Development of the whole app, incl.
- The graphical design; based on a stylemanual and the iOS design PSD's (these are both provided by us).
- Compile the sourcode etc.
- Compile the webservices
- Place the app in the Android Market
Important note is that the iPad app is making use of a standard iOS PDF reader module, so there need to be an affordable solution for the Android version. PLEASE SUGGEST A SOLUTION FOR THIS IN YOUR REPLY!
