3D images for low budget mobile game

We are in the process of creating a mobile game and have recently decided to use MAYA 3D images instead of 2D images. We are on an extremely tight budget as this is an unexpected extra cost. We need the basic design of the front of a building (block with 4/6 windows), and the back of a character (very small).
