Add features to an actual flutter application (it requires experience)

I'm looking for an experienced developer that will use an actual flutter app to add some features.

Using the source code of the flutter app that I will sent you, the app should be able to do the following tasks:

1- Connect flutter app to wordpress to use it as backend

2- customized Admob (with native ads, banner ads) added in areas that I would explain to you

3- subscription system added, which will allow the user to remove ads and unlock premium items (three premium categories users-> Regular, Executive and Diamond)

Regular will access to regular articles and Executive will access to regular articles and Executive articles. And Diamond will access to all functionalities

4- Basic Users must be able to consult an extract of the premium articles to encourage him to subscribe

5- the background song reading in the articles like in this app [login to view URL]

6- offline read for bookmark articles

7- the google translation of all the content of the application (articles included) according to the language of the user's device

8- App connected to Firebase and Firebase Cloud messaging for notification with in app messaging must work perfectly.

9- Allow comments on articles from premium users only

Let me know if you can do the job and how much time it will take for you to do that without forgetting the amount you offer. I don't plan to spend more than $ 500 CAD.
