App development for personal use

I am looking for someone to develop an app for personal use on the Android platform. This project would require the implementation of a database, as well as user authentication using a username and password. I am open to suggestions for additional features, with the understanding that my budget is limited. The ultimate goal is to have an app that performs precisely as I envision it, and the freelancer should be prepared to demonstrate their conceptual understanding of the project. I am eager to get started, and look forward to finding the right freelancer for this project!

To create an application with a login page which when logged in with specific credentials contains specific features. Here's a summary of the features for each login type:

1. Owner:

* Upon logging in with owner credentials, the owner will see a list of all admins created, including their details, credentials, and creation dates.

* There will be an option to create a new admin.

* The owner can activate or deactivate admin accounts, along with their current status (active or inactive).

* Clicking on each admin individually will display the number of rooms created under that admin and the room IDs currently logged in with their respective credentials.

* There will be an option to create a new room.

2. Admin:

* After logging in with admin credentials, the admin will see options named "Users Master" and "Rooms Master."

* The admin can change their own admin panel password and make announcements to users.

* There will be a logout option.

* Clicking on "Users Master" will display a list of all users created, including the total number of users, total active users, and total stopped users.

* The online users will be shown, and if a user is speaking through the app, their name will be displayed alongside the room they are currently in.

* The list will include user details such as IP address, device name, and last login time.

* An option to enable or disable the user's ID will be available, along with an option to log out the user from their previous device and allow them to log in from another device.

* Clicking on "Rooms Master" will provide the admin with access to room-related controls.

* The admin can view the total number of rooms allocated to them by the owner.

* The details of each room will be displayed, including the room name, user ID, password, IP address, platform, and actions such as stopping the room or changing the room's device.

* Room accounts can only be logged in from one location at a time.

* An admin can log in from multiple locations simultaneously.

3. Room:

* When logging in with room credentials, the controls will include a button to turn the microphone on/off.

* There will be a button to open all users' speakers simultaneously.

* The upper part of the screen will display the users who have joined the room, with their respective user IDs.

* When a user speaks, their name will flash on the screen.

* The middle part of the screen will flash the names of users currently speaking.

* Room accounts can only be logged in from one location at a time.

4. User:

* Upon logging in with user credentials, options will be available to turn the speaker on/off, listen through headphones, and leave the room.

* There will be an option to change the user's password.

* Announcements will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.

* User's voice will be continuously recorded while the microphone is active.

* There will be an option to access and listen to previous voice recordings.
