Basic App developkent with database for storage

I work with ITC Ltd. Me & my team look at Industry 4.0 projects with the Foods division of the company. I have a small task at hand. I require the work to be done in a week. The project deliverables are as follows: i.) Build an android app that can upload images to a database/server/location ii.) Build a server that automatically stores the uploaded images and runs a specific python code that I have developed iii.) Store the results of the code corresponding to the image on the server and display them on the app itself iv.) Build a mechanism to be able to look at images on the server with their results and download them to a local desktop
