Build me a web application and a app for remotely controlling ads on smart android supported tv's

Cloud Based App 1.>App should boot automatically whenever tv gets powered on and it should support android OS all versions . 2.>Orientation of app should be customize-able according to our instructions i.e. it should be vertical for shore as well as we should have control over screen rotation according to our need. 3.>we should have a facility to access our cloud app remotely so that we can schedule our ads either images or video clips or both should upload by us remotely. 4.> "n" no. of scheduling slots should be there in app so that we can set infinite adds on our tv in a day accordingly. 5.> there should be a facility to preview of post or running add before making it live . 6.> there should be real time analytics reports with ad running impression logs for example this app run how many time in this day/week/month/year.
