We have an Android Ionic app that we would like to move into Xamarin or Android Native. Along with this conversion we are looking for some enhancements to the app.
The Ionic app currently has a connection to an Ohaus scale via RS232 to USB, and the new app needs to be able to support that same connection. In addition we support connection to a difference scale via Bluetooth that we would like to continue to support as well. These connections need to be flawless, with connect/reconnect and weight reading every time without fail.
Other than the scale connection, there are features which pull data in from an API, read weights from the scale, take in inputs from the user, and submit the data back to an API. We are looking for a developer with experience in all of these facets of app development.
