Fashion Boutique Marketplace App Development in Flutter

We want you to develop a Fahion Boutique Marketplace App on Flutter, Web Admin Panel, Required APIs with backend which could offer cashback, other discount coupons to buyers on using our services. There should be two apps, one for customer and one for our partner on Flutter. Admin panel should be developed on php. Signup should be done using Otp authentication. One mobile number can be registered with one account only. There should be push notification feature in the app. There should be customer support feature. Customer should have the option to chat with admin, Customer care anytime from their dashboard during working hours between 10-6 Monday to Saturday. This app will look like food delivery app. Where user will open the app, will be able to see nearby boutiques, jewellery shops, cosmetics shops, fabric shops on their home page. User can click on any shop profile and all the products listed by that store will be opened like we click on any restaurant in food delivery apps and all products menu opens. Then user will select any of the product, add to cart and make payment to buy now and checkout. After placing the order, user will get a notification on their mobile number, valid email i.d and in their customer dashboard. After placing any order from any partner, customer and partner should get an invoice on their mail and orders section in the app. After an order is made or an cancellation, customer and restaurant should get sms and email confirmation and app notification also. Its a prepaid service. Partner will set their quantity, photos, price, shipping charges, discount, Sku, HSN code, GSTIN, Pan, Bank Account details from their own dashboard. Those details once submitted, will be received at admin panel, admin will verify those details and decide to activate or not partner's account. If admin will approve or disapprove partner's account then notification will go to partner's registered email and mobile number and their dashboard also. Partner can not delete any details from their account. For making any changes in partner account, partner will need to create a support ticket. After ticket is raised, partner and admin will communicate on that ticket number only. After resolution is given, admin can close the ticket or partner can withdraw the ticket. Once any order is attempted, it should be automatically confirmed only by partner side. There should be an option for partner in any area to give their ads or discount coupons on sliding banner. If any order is cancelled then no cashback will be given to buyer. Cashback will be given after successful delivery of the order. If any order is placed, then amount will be added in partner's dashboard and if any refund is issued or order is cancelled then amount will be reduced from partner 's dashboard. If any order is received then it will be seen in Confirmed orders at first. Cancelled order will be moved to cancelled order tab, shipped order will be seen in Shipped order tab. When any user refer our app to other user, then one code should go to other user with our app link, when other user will open our link and download the app and book any slot then user will get upto 500 INR in their wallet. - Users will Get Notifications whenever they place any order or get the delivery of the order. User should have the option to post feedback or rating on that partner profile and rating should be calculated between 1-5 stars. Admin should be able to download all sales reports in excel format. GST should be calculated as per Govt. law. Admin should be able to download any reports, customer data in Excel format custom datewise or daily, weekly, monthly, yearly. Admin should be able to add or block any user. Admin should be able to edit or delete any feedback or rating too on any partner account. Admin should have the option to search any partner in their admin dashboard by searching partner name or partner i.d. You will have to deploy app on Playstore or App Store.
