I need and simple proof-of-concept android app written in flutter that implements "facebook messenger like" floating chat head on top all apps. This chat head should keep running even if the app is killed. It should on click show overlay menu with few buttons and those buttons should correspond to custom callbacks set in dart code. The chat head icon should be customizable.
