I have already a server (softaculous, SQL DB, etc) and i need a portal and APP (android, IOS) that using a login and pass can be send to send the coordenates. In portal is via GOOGLE MAP or Person input, in APP can be choosed via (iMessage; Whatsapp; Google Map; SMS most Important) Also the portal and APP need to have a field to upload .JPG file without (IMPORTANT!) taking of the IExif / METADATA out!
