Individual android developer - Looking for Joint venture

Hi i am looking to form a group of 6-7 android developer. Where we will make an android application together. Graphics will be given by me and all the promotion work will be done by me. So you task is too , only developer the application together. And what ever earning we generate through ads, we will share it at the end of month. So Only Bid if you are individual and can work with a team of 6-7 people And the last thing is what ever revenue we generate through ads , will be distributed at the end. I am looking to to form a team to work and then growing our revenue up to 250-500$ per day with out own apps.
