Looking for SENIOR Kotlin to build new feature to my app

I have a fitness app, that already on the store, and I need someone who will build new feature... The language of the app is Kotlin (do not mix with java!).
I prefer someone from Ukraine, my backend dev from there also.
I got many feature to implement, so Im looking for someone to work at least 20 hours per week.
Right now I need to build only one feature and once we will finish with it, we will start new one. The payment for the feature in 200$
The app sit on tablet also, and consists of two languages (English and Hebrew (RTL).
The new feature is body measurements with pop ups etc. And compare, graphs etc.
