Ministra Software Professional for IPTV/OTT/VoD Project

Hello... I'm looking for a developer to create a middleware for IPTV with Ministra Software or has already an IPTV/OTT middleware (Server & Clients) with the Billing system, the application will need to be able : customers management / STB, android, smart TV info on STB/player where the customer can see when the subscription is out possibility to send messages from the server directly to screen catch-up/recording feature load-balancing, with capabilities for handling the millions of subscribers load. EPG VOD LIVE TV ADVERTISING OPTION This project is urgent, so here are the minimum requirements that I expect : 1) Must already run a similar project which you can modify to fit my needs, then please provide me a demo to test and see how it runs, then we can discuss details of all the modifications. 2) if you never run such of project, don't bother bidding, I do not want to waste my time or your time. 3) I will provide the full payment in a single milestone, but I will not release any of it before the project is 100% completed. so I will not be paying partial payments for a partial job. you finish the full project 100%, you get paid full money 100%. 7) Once the project is done and the app runs to my expectations, we will be in touch for every future update, and you'll be the only person to deal with whenever we need a new update. 8) you will need to provide me FULL SOURCE of everything as part of this project.
