The Mobile App will offer rewards & rebates to consumers based upon their location and purchases, the system comprising: a memory unit for storing question and answers to surveys, list of consumers and companies; a graphical user interface coupled to the processor; a digital wallet executed in the processor; The Mobile APP will need to include: 1. A scanning module to allow consumers to scan images as a proof of purchase of company’s product; 2. A cashback module for providing cashback in the digital wallet of the consumer on receiving scanned image of the company’s product, the cashback module analyzes the detail of the image to issue relevant cashback; 3. A survey module displays survey questions on the graphical user interface, further the survey module allows consumers to answer the survey questions 4. A tracking promotional module tracks location of the consumer, further the tracking promotional module sends promotional offer of the companies closer to the location of the consumer. 5. The system comprising an analytic module to provide analysis to the companies about the sales of the product.
