Hi! I am looking for a freelancer i can hire to build an app + website; App needs to have the following functionality: - Mapping; allowing app to recognize users locations and display results ina geographic location near them - allows search by name and location - allows merchants to set offers for a set time and conditions - creates unique code for customers to redeem these offers - capability to have images and menus displayed - allows reporting on offers created and vouchers redeemed - needs NO payment functionality Website is basic with following functionality: - ability for merchants to add themselves and create an account, upload pictures and text about their business I am looking for a guide on how much time a project like this will take. I do have a similar app & website to use as a template/guide. I would also like options on fixed set price vs hourly rates, and also a plan for ongoing maintenance of the products. Looking for someone who has experience in creating apps, has good communication & time management skills, and is willing to partner with us for a long term basis. It will have create account, login, profile, searching, set offers with time and conditions, codes creation to redeem the offers, menus and images management as main features.
