I want this project, thats reason that i post it for a very low value. Reason to do that is, that I am working since 2014 with GO (and since 20 years developing) and would like to do this a side project, so budget is not so important. I have huge knowledge in Messaging Services (actually working for a leading SMS Wholesale platform SaaS), Golang, Redis, NoSql, MQ etc. I am Swiss, but leaving/working in Serbia now.
