Simple Android App

Hi, I need a developer who can develop an Android App that: 1. Tracks stock portfolio and Dividend update based on the stocks that the user tracks in [login to view URL] 2. Have a premium section to where if they want to see the information they will have to Pay a SMALL amount of money. See #4 for more details on this section. 3. Can capture Business news 4. It should have an Admin interface to where i can update the information in the Premium section - The premium section online contains "Stock symbol" "Recommended Buy Price Range" (Text field) "Comments" to where i can put my comments why i recommended those stocks. 5. Help me launch it in Google Play. You can search in Google Play "PSE Stocks" there are free apps there that contains the FEATURES that i need in the App. The app actually is not that hard to develop since the source data etc.. are all available publicly. This is not a new type of App because a lot are already available in google play... but the only function that is a bit unique is the "Premium" section to where they need to pay to unlock the section.
