Training institute management - Mobile App android & iPhone

There is a small institute having one main branch and sub branches. Whenever students want to enroll to particular course, they used to take print out (Application form) n and they will fill the same and send it to the main branch via physically/mail or fax. 1. Step1) Now instead of doing the manual method we would like to make a small mobile app for the students who can able to use our app in order to fill the form digitally. • Name • Address…etc • National Id( If possible to take an instant photo of the ID card then it would be great) 2. Step2) Mobile app should generate user id an Unique ID ex: ABC1234 and send it to both student and employee 3. Step3) Based on the unique ID employee can check the students information (valid or wrong). 4. Step4) Once the student got confirmation, there should be small questionnaire (approx. 10 questions) for the student based on his course (IT,MS Office, Excel..etc) , he needs to fill the questioner form by choosing his desired course 5. Step5) Based on the above questionnaire results, If the student answers all questions correct, then immediately one message should display as , “Thank you student for answering questions, your class will be IT skills , Level A. You classes will start from Date… , location and supervisor name “ If student got very poor marks then the message should be “Thank you student for answering questions, your class will be IT skills , Level B. You classes will start from Date… location and supervisor name “ 6. Step6) Admin/ or supervisors can able send any notifications to the students whenever there is announcement Examples: o Dear Student your class has been cancelled o Assigning home work to students o Sending any files to student
