I need a mobile website (not responsive), a desktop website and 1 IOS 1 ANDROID Apps Should be uploaded to store (both mobile applications to related stores, google app store , etc.) 1- domain will start with [login to view URL] 2- Main page of website will have 4 different places( Main categories described with photos or content ) in order from up to down 3- People if click to any place They will require to download IOS or ANDROID Application. (Totally 1 IOS and 1 ANDROID Applications , customers just will fill 20 questions -only form-) 4- Virtual payment system and Crypto Money system will be implementation for payments A. If implemented to website how much does it cost ? B. If implemented to IOS and ANDROID Applications how much does it cost ? Users of the application 1- Camera Director He will manage which stream will see registered users to application (4th part) 2- Commentators They will comment up on to streams will chosen by Camera Director and users when will make registration they will be able to choose to answers which questions 3- 4 different user type (Registered Users) 1st category registered users 2nd category registered users 3th category registered users 4th category registered users (this people just will watch live stream) 1st, 2nd and 3th category registered users just will answer questions. They will be drivers of the autocars in RACE. 40 Different team and 2000 autocars will make registration. Each auto car will be able to make a stream with their camera This mean we will get 40 signals from auto cars Plus Camera director will give signals And then , camera director will be able to choose which stream to show to registered users. But choosen stream will be able within showed to people within 5 different languages (During registration they will choose) People will be able watch RACE which will be performed like LIVE STREAM and servers will work just 2 days not anymore. PLEASO DONT BID IF YOU WILL WANT NOT NORMAL MONEY BUDGET is LIMITED , DONT THINK OVER 1850 EURO ALSO , all milestones will be released after testing process. Kind regards,
