AngularJS + Ionic Framework

An AngularJS, Node.JS, JSON single page app is showing a product feed. The feed is filtered with Ionic Framework controls. The project is developed as a Yeoman, Grunt project and can be accessed with GIT at bitbucket.com. The live site is hosted on an Ubuntu 12.04 LEMP, NGINX, Node.JS server. For bot users (as Google and BING) the HTML is rendered on the server with [login to view URL] for SEO purposes. There are now a few issues/tasks to be fixed: 1. No one can scroll the page when the left panel is open. It shall be possible to scroll the page with a mouse cursor and touch for tablets/phones (Win/Ios/Android). The scroll-bar shall look like the small mobile/tablet scroll-bar which is just a few millimeter in width as on [login to view URL] (When this page is accessed with a desktop browser it switches to a normal scroll-bar) Maybe these two can be used [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 2. Desktop users can't scroll the page at all, even with the left panel closed. They shall be able to scroll the page with the mouse cursor in the scroll-bar; or with touch if the computer has a touch screen. 3. For mobile users the main center pane is to much inzoomed. The main center pane shall adapt to the device width for mobile users (even when the left panel is open). 4. The range sliders shall be replaced by [login to view URL] and compatible with IE10-11 and the latest versions of Chrome, Opera, Firefox & Safari. The current solution doesn't support Chrome. (noUiSlider normally supports IE7 and up, Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Opera with touch support for iOS, Android & Windows (phone). 5.
