Develop Angular Web App

I need an Angular expert to develop a website and teach me Angular at the same time.
The site will be based on
• Startuply – Responsive Multi Purpose Landing Page - [login to view URL]
We'll try to make it a single page application as far as it is possible.
On the landing page there should be an autocomplete text field like this one:

(exercise files are included in the link). The autocomplete text field should fetch the data from a mySQL database which you will need to set-up. After selecting a city you should be brought to a page with a table and a google map that fetches its data from the mySQL database.
Please note, the themes above do not need to be edited i.e. no CSS work is required, only the Angular programming of the site.
I expect you to be an expert who has a few years experience of Angular and know how to implement the above functionality with ease. I have been learning Angular for a few weeks now and understand the basics. I would like us to work on the site together via Skype and that I pay you by the hour.
