We are looking for some passionate video producers who can shoot or edit fast turnaround, online videos and shoot with gear like a DSLR camera e.g. Canon 5D, 7D. We also have need for Directors who can understand a business, meet with clients,'get' their vision and follow through in creating great content. WHAT YOU NEED You need to have your own gear and know how to work and be in sync with an experienced web video director and can turn-around edits post shoot, fast. You need to be producing web video content regularly (Shooting or Editing), so be familiar with shooting and editing with fast turn-around. You need to be the type of person that shoots clean, doesn't overshoot, as soon as the shoots over transfers and organises all the footage. Fast Editor - You need to be a fast editor who can focus on pulling together the quality content and putting out a 1st cut fast / often in the hours immediately following the shoot. HOW WE WORK TOGETHER We manage all our projects online in a really smart system, this gives you access to the brief, lets you upload drafts and get all feedback clear and fast and you can see your contracts with us online. It's super easy, hassle free and gets rid of heaps of admin. We've produced almost 4000 videos over the last 4 years.
