I'm looking for someone to create a 3d rigged character for me and create a short animation clip - about 15 to 30 seconds. I want to use the character for AR from my business card. I want the short animation clip to be AR and also work on a computer screen. I already know what I want the character to look like, and will share examples to make it easy to follow. I am planning to use the character for future, so I need to keep the files. I will look to use the character in Vuforia, Unity, and most likely make my own animations in future in Blender. I'm looking for the lower side of the budget, ideally around $300 NZD. Responses which I can see they have read my description will get a preference as the freelancer.
