Make character animation for 2D game

I need animated character for 2D game. Game style you can see on attached screenshot. On attached video you can see player character (below) and skeleton (enemy, above). I need a new picture of player character with several animations: 1. Idle (loop) 2. Walk (loop) 3. Climbing stairs (vertical, loop) 4. Die 5. Fall 6. Climbing rope (horizontal, loop) 7. Cheer New character style should match style of skeleton and style of the whole scene. Additional resources will be provided on request. Each animation should have 5 to 15 frames. Result should be a sequence of PNGs (transparent background) or texture atlas. All frames should have the same size - 250x200 px.
