arduino code 4 wheal

We have done from the movement of the robot. but still the robot cannot response to the calling plant. we used soil moisture sensor to monitor the plant and if the soil moisture was low. then IR transmitter will release ir rays .and ir receiver in the robot should read analog values to figure out how it was far from the plant. it doesn't work that way.
