Dear client, I understand your requirement. The bottle neck of the project is ADC conversion time and ADC clock frequency. The ADC clock is much lower than system clock. Your application needs ADC sampling time of 10 micro seconds or less and also needs freeRTOS implementation to log data in parallel. After doing a little bit of research I found that we can achieve 10us conversion time using AD677 Serial ADC with 16bit resolution. I hope we can also achieve 100000 sample rate using ESP32. I have worked on high speed sampling systems for a while now. So, I have no issue with your very specific requirement (100 k Sample Per Second, for three channels). As I understood, you are open to use any MCU in your design. From my side, for this amount, I do the following: 1- Select my favorite MCU. 2- Prepare pinout of MCU (that fulfills your requirement). 3- Code the basic firmware that does this sampling rate. 4- Give you the project sources.
