I’m looking for a freelance coder who’s area of expertise is with the ardunio IDE , MQTT and more specifically with nodemcu I have a chunk of code written for the nodemcu to interface with a dht22 temp/humidity sensor currently it takes the values every 2000ms and compares it to the previous value sees if there is a difference of .1 change if it does it posts you the mqtt topic Problem is if there is a sensor fault I won’t know because there will be no updates and also there is a bit of sensor hysteria I would like to modify the code to pull 10 values every 1000ms from both dhtTemprature and dhtHumidty add them all up then divide by 10 and publish the value regardless to mqtt I have included my current ardunio sketch normally i would dick around with it until i make it work but i simply dont have the time but i cant see it being more then 10-15 lines of code max I would like Sensor calibration value a variable ( newHum = newHum*0.9341 + 22.319; //calibration ) amount of samples a variable time between each sample a variable and the divided by would be the same as the amount of samples
