MT4 EA scalper

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. The skills required are Metatrader platform, mql languaje, experience at leat building EA's in the past . I am happy to pay a fixed priced and my budget is $10 - $20 USD. ---UPDATE--- the kind of scalper i need, its a very basic strategy: buy: if the MA 200 is uptrend open buy's when 3or more heiken ashi candles appear, if in profit, close on the selected profit in points, other wise, close on SL (customizable by % or fixed points) same corresponding rules for SELL. also i need the size of lot to be auto calculated on % basis. this is an starter project, so further features need to be added as requirements or test come out, so further work will be adjudicated to winner. the code needs to be hosted on a github repo of mine. questions by email or direct message: [login to view URL] at gmail
