sending arduino sensor data to memory card and to cloud

my current requirement is arduino sensors data is to be stored in memory card., If internet is available, that entire data is send to cloud and presented in the form of visual analytics like graphs, charts etc.., in that cloud. Data from sensors red by arduino is used to calculate 5 parameters i.e.., when sensor reading is taken, at the same instant, arduino will calculate 1 value each for 5 categories. , and store that data in memory card. My arduino read sensor data for every 5 [login to view URL] for 5 seconds, i will get 1 parameter value for each categories. For 1 min then I will get 12 parameter values for each category{ total data for 1 min is 12values × 5 categories =60 values}.For one hour i will get 720 values for each category{total data for 1 hour is 720 values×5 categories =3600 values}.What I exactly need is each parameter values should be stored in memorycard and when connected to internet, the entire parameters stored in memory card need to be send to cloud, and stored in the form of that 5 categories, and need to present that data in the form of visual analytics as I mentioned [login to view URL] price quotes will be given first priority.
