here is a small project. we need a good writer who can write us a business continuous plan. It will need to cover the areas:
it will needs write the type of risk, Premises e.g. Fire, Flood etc. People e.g. Flu Pandemic Processes e.g. IT, Communications etc. Providers e.g. supply chain failure and other areas.
and in the plan, it will also need to reflect the level of risk of these areas.
it won't take too much time to finish this project. there are lots of example can be found on internet.
the background of the company:
1. LED lighting manufacturer,
2. 2000 employees
3. 300k square meter production and warehousing area,
4. a 4 floor building for office use.
5. supply chain members -- cree led, philips, nichi, osram.
I would reckon it will take two - three hours to finish the project. we are looking for the most economic advantage offer.
