Content Writing for Customer Support Articles
₹200-600 INR / hour
We're looking to revamp the support section of a popular consumer app. This work involves understanding customer support needs of customers and coming up with multi-level contextual FAQs to help resolve customer queries with ease. Content generated should meet the following qualities
- Ease of discoverability of content for a specific question customer has
- Clarity, concision and ease of understanding of content.
- Completeness in coverage of all possible questions customers may have.
This is an ongoing activity paid by the amount and quality of content generated and will require a commitment of at least 20 hrs of work every week, the more the better. Please provide a per hour quote for this position along with a sample of your writing.
