I am engineer by profession and my wife a psychologist. The reason why we jumped into cooking business is because of my celiac disease. Living in a country where gluten free food is not readily available, we started making gluten-free products at home. Not to a massive extent, but at least meeting my own nutritions.
I am not sure about your business scope, but if you are targeting gluten free or lactose free diets (bakery items, pastas, pizza, chapati, burgers, cakes etc), we can assure you with mouth watering taste with descent presentation.
