I am looking for a mixologist who has knowledge of making non-alcoholic drinks. I am not looking for mocktails. I am after someone who has created or can create recipes using many of the non-alcoholic botanicals available today. For example Seedlip, Pentire, Lyres etc. Am wanting to produce a recipe book of different styles of non-alcoholic drinks and building a long term relationship as a contributor and blog writer etc. Must have demonstratable skills in the non-alocolic industry.
