Find me 15 content translators in 15 languages

Find me at least 15 content translators / writers in 15 languages each (total of 225 translators) - who can translate an English article to a particular language @ $1 per article. It's going to be only a translation job for them (not a full-blown content writing) so their task is relatively easy and you can convince them easily for the price I mentioned. Your job will be to: a) locate sources where you can find such content writers / translators - maybe on social groups etc; b) then post to find translators on my behalf or even scrape old posts where content writers would have commented their details, c) convince them for $1 per article translation and d) share their details with me on an excel sheet.
